Todd Earwood, President

Todd has been founding and developing profitable ventures for the past 12 years. Mr. Earwood began his professional career establishing the web division of Norton Healthcare in Louisville, KY. In his first twelve months, he turned the company’s web site from an afterthought into a six figure profit center through his online customer acquisition efforts. Norton had over 27 million pages, 15 million annual visitors and was rated top 10 in the nation for hospital web sites. Mr. Earwood has since founded and sold several businesses in the telecom, technology and web services industries.

He holds a Bachelor’s of Business degree from Murray State University and has served his alma mater on the Board of Trustees and the Alumni Association's Board of Governors.

Lawson Brown, Vice-President

With over 15 years experience as a strategic sales and marketing professional with world-class firms like General Electric, The Home Depot and HD Supply and leadership experience as a Marine Officer, Lawson brings strategy development and sales management skills and experience to our management team. During his time as VP Membership and Investor Development with Greater Louisville Inc. – The Metro Chamber of Commerce, he expanded the sales team, increased membership, created several innovative marketing and internal efficiency programs and helped win ACCE’s top award as #1 Chamber in America for their large category. Having built networks within business and non-profit associations in multiple industries, his understanding of the consultative selling model is driving rapid expansion of Member Minded.

Lawson holds a Bachelor's of Science degree from North Georgia College, MBA from Bellarmine University and is a founding Board Member of City on a Hill Productions.

Todd Haney, Account Manager

Todd is a former National Sales Manager with 19 years of experience in new business development, sales management, logistics and operations in the industrial packaging and manufacturing industry. During his tenure with Material Control Systems, he added multiple new revenue streams, broadened the customer base, added profits to the bottom line through sales as well as internal efficiency upgrades. Having worked with industry leading companies such as UPS, HON Industries and Eli Lilly and company, as well as being a member of the Chattanooga Manufacturer’s Association, Todd brings a diverse and innovative background to the management team at Member Minded.

Todd holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from St. Ambrose University.

Rita Dixon, Operations Manager

Rita brings her expertise in group and complex project management to the Member Minded team. She's served in a variety of roles in journalism and public relations, experience as Editor in Chief and with the Kentucky Governor's Scholars program. Most recently, she was a Producer of two web video shows her innovative spirit and communications skills are well suited to delivering the value proposition of the Member Minded suite of products. She understands the needs of our customer base and corrals the resources of the team and our unique network of developers and partners (she keeps us all on track) while assisting our sales and account management team in proactively handling customer service.

Rita has a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Bellarmine University.

Trenton Fuller, Service Obsessed Specialist

Trenton has a passion for solving problems and is committed to ensuring that customer questions and concerns are handled promptly and completely. Since 2003, he has worked with large enterprises like General Electric focused on logistics software to improve database operations (shipment, driver tracking, compliance, customer data) as well as technology startups where he expanded his skills in the VOIP telecommunications arena. As a Helpdesk Technician and later as Systems Administrator in the chamber of commerce industry, he has focused his passion on finding new and better tools that enable productivity and efficiency.

Trenton is completing his senior year at the University of Louisville, studying Environmental Analysis.

Jason Pitcher, Service Obsessed Specialist

Jason is the newest member of the Member Minded team and will play a key role on our technical team. He has a strong professional background with previous positions at AT&T and Citigroup. While at AT&T, he excelled at phone-based technical support for Residential and Business DSL internet services. Those skills along with his love for finding new and useful ways to implement new technology will be quickly implemented into the team.

Jason has a Bachelor's degree in Assets Protection and Security from Eastern Kentucky University and is currently pursuing his Masters of Business Administration.
