Founded in 1999, Member Minded brings together over 20 years of association experience. Our goal is to create opportunities and solutions that will better the functionality, productivity and services of associations.

Years of intricate work with Greater Louisville, Inc. has allowed us to see many of the needs of both chambers as well as associations in general. Our understanding of these needs comes from an internal perspective by actively partaking in the everyday operations of the chamber.

Our initial service idea quickly developed into what is now the Our Staff Matters tool. Centralized, universally accessible, secure communication and production is essential to the efficiency of a successful member-based organization. We also acknowledge the uniqueness of every association and want to accommodate to the needs and desires of each association as will best serve them and that is what the Our Staff Matters tool is designed to do.
